1 Year Limited Warranty - Ezee Bikes, LLC / Happy EBikes (DBA) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all HEB bicycle tires, either directly or through an authorized HEB reseller, which are purchased within the United States and Canada against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the duration of one year from date of purchase or until the tire no longer has usable tread depth (as determined by Ezee Bikes, LLC) (whichever comes first), will be replaced with an equivalent HEB tire.

This warranty is void if the tire has been damaged by crash, impact, abuse outside of intended use, or non-adherence to manufacturer guidelines. The warranty does not apply if the tire has been modified.

To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall Ezee Bikes, LLC / Happy EBikes or its third-party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
